Closing With Certainty: A Look at Certainty’s Top Producers
A closer look at some of Certainty Home Lending’s Production Superstars!
With the additions of origination rock stars Keith Stiles and Andrew Siddon earlier this year, the future has never been brighter for Certainty Home Lending in our mid-Atlantic region!
Based in the Greater Washington D.C. metro area, Keith brings with him over two decades of mortgage origination experience, having spent over a decade with a large national depository and another 11 years with another large bank before that. Andrew also brings with him a reputation for experience and excellence, having been with a national bank and, more recently, a mortgage lending firm, over the course of his 21 year career.
Both Keith and Andrew have had a lengthy relationship with Certainty CEO Franco Terango, having worked with him while they worked at the same national depository. And both agreed that, after talking with Franco and doing their due diligence, they knew that Certainty would be a great fit for their clients, partners and themselves, according to Andrew. For Keith, the jump wasn’t far. He was with parent company Rate just before joining Certainty. “I loved it at Rate, and I already knew that Certainty had many similar qualities. Franco is like a brother to me. We’ve known each other since 1998, and have always stayed in touch. When this opportunity opened up, he approached me. I already knew the in’s, out’s and nuances of Rate, so I knew the opportunity was great.”

Tasked with growing Certainty’s footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region, Keith and Andrew share the same vision for their new home. “I want this to be the place everyone wants to be,” said Keith. “I want producers and teammates to come here, and never want to leave.” Andrew agreed. “I love the opportunity to help build out Certainty in the Mid-Atlantic states by hiring folks we know and want to work with and who know how to serve their clients’ needs in the best manner possible. I want to be part of building a world-class team of high caliber professionals,” he said.
Coming to Certainty was also a fairly easy decision for Andrew. “Having the backing of our parent company gives my clients and partners access to a huge array of products, price points, top technology and best-in-class services,” he said. “But, at the same time, we have the ability to be flexible. We’re empowered by great technology, which allows us to scale in any marketplace and to focus on sales without an unnecessarily large support staff.”
Asked what they and Certainty do best, Andrew and Keith are again on the same page. “We’re all in this together…we’re out in the field instead of sending someone else to get the job done,” said Keith. “We have and provide close support and camaraderie and we’re all visible in our markets.” Said Andrew, “Trust. We have our boots on the ground in this market. I’ve originated for 20 years. It’s what I do best and what I know. We understand the challenges an LO faces and we’re out there with them, step for step, talking to real estate agents and clients, and determining the best fit for their needs.”
