Before entering the mortgage industry in 2013, Philip built his career as a Cerified Public Accountant (CPA) and financial analyst, giving him a unique perspective on mortgage financing and long-term financial planning. Drawing on his analytical expertse, Philip helps buyers and homeowners evaluate their financing options with confidence. Whether assistng first-time homebuyers, repeat buyers, or those looking to refinance, he is commited to finding mortgage solutions that align with each client's financial goals while making the lending process as clear and stress-free as possible. Known for his responsive communication and client-first approach, Philip believes every borrower deserves personalized guidance from application through closing. A North Carolina native, Philip grew up in Wilson and earned his degree from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington after relocatng to Wilmington in 2004. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and taking advantage of North Carolina's outdoors through activities like mountain biking, surfing, sailing, and rock climbing.
