Hi! I'm Karen Russo, and I started in the mortgage industry in 1986. Throughout my career, I have found a passion for helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. I am experienced in VA loans as well as first-time homebuyers. Since I have been in the mortgage industry so long, I love to share my knowledge of the mortgage loan process to help both buyers and the real estate agents that I work with. Eastern NC has a sweet spot in my heart because it is where I grew up and have lived the majority of my life. To this day, I still have a personal connection with family and friends from my childhood. What Sets Me Apart For the homebuyers I work with, I try to put myself in their position to understand their concerns and questions about buying a home and mortgage financing options. I feel that this helps me better understand the stresses of this process. Most of all, my goal is to make it as easy as possible. When it comes to the real estate agents that I work with, I do my best to partner with them to make the process of buying a home as simple as possible. I feel that I earn and keep their trust by being available whenever I am needed. Most notably, I strive to close the loans on time. Self-employed? Our Bank Statement Loan program allows self-employed borrowers to seek a home loan without tax returns, W2s or pay stubs.

Physician homes loan, can be an affordable option for medical professionals. Our program includes paid mortgage insurance and as little as 5% down.
Foreign National loans
Not a US Citizen? Foreign National loans are available without a social security number, green card, or visa and do not require a FICO score.
