Her family's roots in the industry date back to 1946, and Teresa has spent more than 25 years building her career in mortgage lending. As SVP, Regional Manager, she combines her passion for helping people achieve homeownership with a focus on growing strong teams, developing mortgage professionals, and expanding markets across Indiana, Michigan, and the Midwest. Teresa believes successful mortgage lending is built on genuine relationships, consistent communication, strong systems, and doing what is right for clients and business partners. She works with homebuyers while building meaningful partnerships with real estate agents and homebuilders to create a smooth, informed mortgage experience. As a regional mortgage leader, Teresa is focused on growing the company's presence by recruiting and developing talented loan officers, supporting new and existing markets, and helping mortgage professionals build successful careers.
