Michael Grove brings a unique financial perspective to mortgage lending in South Bend and throughout Northern Indiana. After five years in financial advising, Michael entered the mortgage industry in 2013 and has since built his career around helping clients make informed home financing decisions while developing lasting relationships within the communities he serves. Michael works with first-time homebuyers, repeat buyers, homeowners, and real estate investors to find mortgage solutions that align with their individual needs and financial goals. Whether financing a primary residence, second home, or investment property, or exploring refinance options, he takes the time to explain the process, answer questions, and help clients confidently evaluate their options. Deeply connected to the South Bend and Northern Indiana real estate community, Michael serves as President of the Michiana Chapter of the Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association and Chair of the St. Joseph Valley Home Builders Association's Workforce Development Committee. His involvement keeps him closely connected with mortgage professionals, real estate partners, homebuilders, and the housing needs of the communities he serves. For Michael, mortgage lending is about more than getting to the closing table. He strives to be a trusted resource clients can turn to throughout their homeownership journey, building relationships that continue well beyond a single transaction. Outside of work, Michael and his wife, Cecilia, stay busy with their four teenagers. You can often find him coaching or cheering from the sidelines at soccer, lacrosse, wrestling, and track events. When the family calendar allows, he enjoys a weekly ping-pong game, perfecting his blueberry pancakes, and taking on new woodworking projects. Physician homes loan, can be an affordable option for medical professionals. Our program includes paid mortgage insurance and as little as 5% down.
